Setting Sail: The Early Days
Back in March 2021, I joined Logic Fruit Technologies as Assistant Marketing Manager.
My first big responsibility?
Turn around the Logic Fruit website and deliver real, measurable growth.
At that time, we were barely touching 800 organic visits a month—almost invisible online for the kind of technical leadership Logic Fruit offered.
The Grind: Manual Research, Real Strategy
With no fancy tools or automation, I spent 10 days in deep manual competitor research, finding out who our real organic rivals were.
Every insight, every keyword, every content gap—mapped out by hand. This laid the foundation for our SEO roadmap.
After several intense strategy meetings, we aligned on one goal: get more relevant traffic and put Logic Fruit on the map.
The Slow Burn: Building Momentum
We started slow—just one quality blog post a month, learning and iterating as we went.
There were no shortcuts. But with each passing month, traffic started to tick upward. It took almost two years of patience, consistent publishing, and technical clean-up to hit the first major milestone: crossing 5,000 monthly visits by 2023–24.
Next-Level Growth: Data, Targeting, and Product Focus
As traffic scaled, the leadership gave me a new challenge: track and optimize for business outcomes.
I set up advanced tracking to see exactly who was downloading our product datasheets, and shifted our SEO focus to bring hyperspecific, high-intent visitors straight to our product pages.
From 2024–25, it was all about quality:
Pushing more traffic from Google, Bing, AI tools, and social media directly to products
Improving landing page experience
Monitoring downloads and boosting MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) with targeted content
Today & Tomorrow: Always Leveling Up
Now, in 2025–26, Logic Fruit Technologies is pulling in 9,000+ monthly visitors—with a new goal in sight: 12,000/month.
Our focus has sharpened to drive more product page visits, higher MQLs, and stronger engagement from the right buyers.
What Worked (and Why)
Manual, ground-up competitor research—no shortcuts, no guesswork
Consistent, high-quality publishing—even when it was slow, we stayed the course
Relentless technical optimization—site speed, structure, schema, and internal links
Laser-focus on outcomes—traffic that actually converts, not just vanity numbers
The Results
Organic traffic: From 800/month (2021) to 9,000+/month (2025)
Impressions: 8.3 million in the last 12 months
Clicks: 99,700 in the last 12 months
Improved product page visibility and MQL quality
Genuine industry recognition—Logic Fruit is now a known player in the FPGA and IP space
SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. But if you’re ready to work, measure, and adapt, the results are absolutely worth it.
